I graduated in pedagogy and clinical psychology and psychotherapy. I gained my experience cooperating with numerous institutions in Poland, working both as a teacher and a psychotherapist. I am particularly fond of clinical and forensic psychology, as well as the topics of sensory integration disorders and ADHD.
I am constantly expanding my knowledge - I have completed numerous specialist training courses, including anxiety disorders in children and adolescents, sensory integration disorders, ADHD, trauma work and personality disorders.
In my work with patients, I support individuals measuring themselves against, among other things:
- depression
- anxiety disorders and panic attacks
- ADHD and Attention Deficit Disorder
- PTSD and experience of trauma
- mood disorders
- emotional difficulties associated with chronic stress
- adaptation problems
- relationship difficulties and lowered self-esteem
As a therapist I focus on empathy, a warm atmosphere and complete understanding. The most important thing for me is that every patient feels listened to, safe and treated with respect. I believe that a proper therapeutic relationship is the foundation of successful therapy, and that every person deserves individual attention and kindness.
I warmly invite anyone who needs support, conversation or professional psychotherapeutic help. Together we can find the way to change and better well-being.
